Residence 9 Flush Casement Windows
For this project, we installed Residence 9 Flush Casement windows, a premium window system designed to replicate authentic 19th Century timber styles. These windows are ideal for period properties and for homeowners looking to retain a classic appearance with all the benefits of modern engineering.
The defining feature of Residence 9 is its flush exterior paired with a decorative internal design that brings timeless charm to any home. Built with a 9-chambered profile, the system offers outstanding thermal and sound insulation – keeping the home quieter and more efficient, year-round.
For added peace of mind, the windows are glass bonded and internally beaded, with up to eight locking points to provide enhanced security.
The windows were finished in a crisp white, complemented by white Georgian astragal bars – the perfect choice to maintain a clean, classic look in keeping with the home’s character.
Modern Aluminium Patio Doors
To complete the renovation, we installed triple-track black aluminium patio doors – a standout feature that opens up the living space and provides uninterrupted views of the garden.
With slim-profile frames, these doors allow for maximum natural light while offering strong performance in terms of durability, security, and ease of use. The bold black finish offers a modern contrast and blends effortlessly with a range of property styles.
